Surrogacy With advances in medical technology, hopeful parents have retained Katz, Greenberger & Norton to assist them in achieving their desire to become parents. We have assumed responsibility for the drafting of numerous surrogacy and egg donor agreements for married couples, single and same sex partners. Where legally permissible, we assist in the legal process which will facilitate the creation of an initial birth certificate reflecting our clients as parent, or if not permissible under certain circumstances, with the adoption process. Our representation includes not only intended parents, but also surrogates and egg donors.
