Ross M. Evans Ross M. Evans was born in New York, New York. Ross received both his undergraduate degree (1983) and his law degree (1986) from the University of Cincinnati. Ross was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1986 and has been admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southwestern District of Ohio and the United States Supreme Court. Ross has appeared and argued before the Supreme Court of Ohio. From 1988 until he joined KG&N in 1996, Ross was a Magistrate with the Hamilton County, Ohio Juvenile Court. Ross is actively involved in collaborative family law cases and is a founding member of the Cincinnati Academy of Collaborative Professionals, having served on the Steering Committee since its inception and is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
