Richard L. Norton was born in Warren, Ohio on October 11, 1939 and received his B.A. degree from the Ohio State University in 1961, and his Juris Doctorate from the Ohio State University College of Law in 1964.

He specializes in civil and corporate litigation, with emphasis on medical malpractice, and personal injury litigation, particularly involving profoundly injured victims and death cases.

Mr. Norton is a past President of the Hamilton County Trial Lawyers Association, a past Chairperson of the Tort & Insurance Practice Committee of the Cincinnati Bar Association and the Lawyer Referral Service Advisory Committee. He is also a member of the Cincinnati and Ohio State Bar Associations, the Northern Kentucky Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Mr. Norton is co-author of "Ohio Personal Injury Practice Forms & Comment" computer software program, published by Banks-Baldwin in the summer of 1994.

Mr. Norton is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky, in both State and Federal courts, and was admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court in 1970.
