D. Andrew Heyman D. Andrew Heyman was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on November 4, 1971. Andrew received his undergraduate degree from Ohio University in 1994 and his law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2005. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2005 and admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 2006. Andrew is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cincinnati Bar Association.
