Cheryl L. Borland
Cheryl L. Borland was born in Louisville, Kentucky. Cheryl received her undergraduate degree from Northern Kentucky University in 1991 and her law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 1994. Cheryl was admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 1994 and the Ohio Bar in 1995. Cheryl has been admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio.
